Piney Run Lake is a 300 acre electric-only lake in northern MD. Despite being electric-only, boats with outboards are still allowed and the small size makes this lake a viable tournament stop for FOBA. While being limited to only the trolling motor is challenging, the diverse fishing and abundance of fish make for a fun tournament stop. Bass can be caught from the bank all the way out to the deepest depths of the lake thanks to an abundance of submerged aquatic vegetation and clean, clear water.
